SUMMARY:Hip Hop Kettlebell - Spring Session I
DESCRIPTION:Join us for Hip Hop Kettlebell!\nWe will be offering Hip Hop Kettlebell beginning Thursday\, February 1\, 2024. \nThis is a 6-week session class that requires pre-registration for the entire 6 weeks. (The reason for this is to teach progression steps to prevent injury and provide the best experience for all participants\, while also building community.) \nWe plan to offer more 6 week sessions (3 total) through the Spring and take a pause over the summer. There are 12 slots available. $100/6 weeks. Two scholarships available per session. \nHip Hop Kettlebell will embody movement in addition to utilization of the kettlebell. \n  \nWhat: Hip Hop Kettlebell Spring Session #1\nWhen: Thursdays at 6PM-6:45PM\, beginning February 1\, 2024\nWhere: Rootead Studio 505 E.
