DESCRIPTION:Rootead in Youth (RIY) is a program for children ages 2 – 8 years old that includes instruction on movement\, songs\, rhythms\, and storytelling centering on the African Diaspora. \nRIY Spring Session 2024 will be Saturdays: March 23\, March 30\, April 6\, April 20\, April 27 \nThe schedule for each RIY Saturday is: \n\n10:00am – 10:30am: 2 – 3 year olds\n10:45am – 11:15am: 4 – 5 year olds\n11:30am – 12:00pm: 6 – 8 year olds\n\n  \nDROP-INS WELCOME FOR $15 \nThe cost for this program is $65. DESCRIPTION:Grief Circle\nIf you are experiencing grief\, we welcome you to our monthly Grief Circles held 4th Saturdays\, 10:00AM – 12:00PM and facilitated by Rootead Staff.\nThese healing circles are intentional\, brave & supportive spaces that offer community support and tools for processing grief. \nThe group agreements include confidentiality\, radical acceptance\, and compassion.  Everyone is welcome to share to their comfort level\, and we honor all paths to healing. \nOur Grief Circles are offered at no charge\, but we welcome donations to help cover the cost of doing this work. \nREGISTER FOR GRIEF CIRCLE HERE\n  \nWhen: Saturday April 27th\,  10 AM -noon \nWhere: Rootead Studio \n  \n\nWhat is grief? \nGrief is the experience of coping with loss.
