DESCRIPTION:Join us for Tone & Sculpt Circuit!\nA dynamic full-body workout combining strength training\, sculpting exercises\, and cardio intervals to tone muscles\, improve endurance\, and boost overall fitness. \nWe will be offering Tone & Sculpt Circuit beginning Thursday\, October 8\, 2026 at 6:15PM.  Registration is required. \nThis is a 6-week session class that requires pre-registration for the entire 6 weeks. \n  \n$100 for 6 weeks. This is an 18+ class.
