DESCRIPTION:Rootead in Youth (RIY) is a program for children ages 2 – 12 years old that includes instruction on movement\, songs\, rhythms\, and storytelling centering on the African Diaspora. \nRIY Fall Session 2023 will be Saturdays: October 7\, October 14\, October 21\, October 28\, November 4\, November 18 \nThe schedule for each RIY Saturday is: \n10:00am – 10:30am: 2 – 3 year olds \n10:45am – 11:15am: 4 – 5 year olds \n11:30am – 12:00pm: 6 – 8 year olds \n12:15pm – 1:00pm:  9 – 12 year olds \nThe cost for this program is $65. SUMMARY:Speak Freely Fridays - Feeling Good
DESCRIPTION:Join us for Speak Freely Fridays! \n  \nSpeak Freely Fridays are a Community Healing program. These are healing groups that are facilitated by a therapist from the Black & Brown Therapy Collective.  \nFirst Fridays (November 3 and December 1) are Speak Freely Fridays – Feeling Good (for adults age 21+). These conversations are a Community Healing & Birth Justice collaboration. We’ll be discussing all things body and sexual health related (consent\, body autonomy\, menstruation & hormones\, sexual orientation\, gender identity\, gender roles\, relationships\, pleasure\, etc.). This will be a safe space for folks to share and learn from other folks. \nThe topic for November will be consent and bodily autonomy. \nFolks who attend the BBTC led Speak Freely Fridays will receive a gift pack and $10 after they attend. \nREGISTER HERE
