This 6 week series cultivates an environment which uplifts\, empowers and grounds you in community. Vibe to the sounds of hip hop music over the decades! \nWe will be offering Hip Hop Kettlebell Fall Session beginning Thursday\, October 10\, 2024. \nThis is a 6-week session class that requires pre-registration for the entire 6 weeks. (The reason for this is to teach progression steps to prevent injury and provide the best experience for all participants\, while also building community.) \nDates are: \n\nThursday\, October 10\nThursday\, October 17\nThursday\, October 24\nNO CLASS THURSDAY\, OCTOBER 31\nThursday\, November 7\nThursday\, November 14\nThursday\, November 21\n\nThere are 20 slots available. $100/6 weeks. DESCRIPTION:Grief Circle\nIf you are experiencing grief\, we welcome you to our monthly Grief Circles held last Saturdays of the month\, 10:00AM – 12:00PM and facilitated by Rootead Staff.\nThis is a monthly gathering to hold space and provide support to others as well as oneself.
