DESCRIPTION:Join us for Tone & Sculpt Circuit!\nA dynamic full-body workout combining strength training\, sculpting exercises\, and cardio intervals to tone muscles\, improve endurance\, and boost overall fitness. \nWe will be offering Tone & Sculpt Circuit beginning Thursday\, October 8\, 2026 at 6:15PM.  Registration is required. \nThis is a 6-week session class that requires pre-registration for the entire 6 weeks. \n  \n$100 for 6 weeks. DESCRIPTION:Rootead in Youth (RIY) is a holistic cultural arts program for children ages 2 – 8 years old that features communal affirmations\, West African dance\, Djembe drumming\, call and response songs from the African diaspora\, an obstacle course highlighting fundamental movement skills\, and nervous system regulation techniques. \n  \nRootead In Youth Fall Session: October 24th – November 21st \nWhen: Every Saturday \n\n2-3 year olds: 10:00-10:45am\n4-6 year olds: 11:00 -11:45am\n7-10 year olds: 12:00-12:45pm\n\nWho: Youth ages 2-10 \nWhere: Rootead Studio-505 E. Kalamazoo Ave Suite 3\, Kalamazoo\, MI 49007 \nCost: $65 per youth \nAll Students who participate in a Fall or Winter session\, will be offered the opportunity to perform in this years Youth Enrichment Winter Showcase. Participation is not mandatory in the performance but confirmation of participation is required. More information of the performance will be shared at a later date.
