Become aware of basic breath anatomy to calm nerves and emotions, and increase body awareness through yoga. We will also share stories to give input in creating a shared vision for a Kalamazoo without racism, and learn about the Kalamazoo Truth, Racial Healing & Transformation (TRHT).
