Embodied Families kicks off Thursday mornings at 10:00-10:45 am October through December, and is a rotating selection of movement classes:

• Joyful Dancing Babies with Kama Tai Mitchell (bring your baby carrier!)
• Infant Massage with Tierene Inuolaji
• Baby and Me Yoga with Carmen James
• Tumbling Toddlers also with Carmen James

Cost: $10 / $5 with student ID (no one will be turned away)
