Refund Policy

Rootead Enrichment Center Refund Policy

This refund policy covers class cancellations and refunds for registered students.
By
registering for classes through Rootead, you indicate that you have read and understand this policy.

Class Refunds:

Full refunds may be issued to participants that notify us of full withdrawal 7 days prior to the first day of class. The refund will be issued within 10-14 business days. If you cancel fewer than 7 days in advance, you will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be given to single class cancellations.

Series Cancellations:

In the unlikely event that the entire series of classes is cancelled due to low enrollment by the instructor or organization, a full refund will be provided to all registered participants.

Single Class Cancellation:

If an individual class is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a makeup class will be scheduled to ensure participants can complete the series without any disruption.

Personal Cancellations:

Refunds will not be issued partially or fully for missed classes due to personal reasons.

Merchandise:

There are no refunds for merchandise (clothing, earrings, teas, etc.).

 

Refunds Requests and Processing:

You must submit refund requests by email to info@rootead.org, or calling our office at (269) 720-9200. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive the request. If you paid by credit card or online payment system, the refund will be issued back to the original payment method. If you paid by cash or check, refunds will be provided by check.
