Embodied Families kicks off Thursday mornings at 11 – 11:50 am in January!

Elements of yoga, dance, and tumbling are woven into classes designed to get the whole family moving!

Transportation available for City of Kalamazoo residents with preregistration. Call our office at 269-720-9200 before 5 pm Wednesday to reserve a ride.

Cost: $10 / $5 with student ID (no one will be turned away)
