Grief Circle
If you are experiencing grief, we welcome you to our monthly Grief Circles held 4th Saturdays, 10:00AM – 12:00PM and facilitated by Rootead Staff.
These healing circles are intentional, brave & supportive spaces that offer community support and tools for processing grief.
The group agreements include confidentiality, radical acceptance, and compassion. Everyone is welcome to share to their comfort level, and we honor all paths to healing.
Our Grief Circles are offered at no charge, but we welcome donations to help cover the cost of doing this work.

What is grief?
Grief is the experience of coping with loss. Grief can accompany any event that disrupts or challenges our sense of normalcy or ourselves. This includes the loss of connections that define us. You may grieve the loss of:
- A loved one.
- A marriage, friendship or another form of kinship.
- Your home, neighborhood or community.
- Your job or career.
- Financial stability.
- A dream or goal.
- Good health.
- Your youth.
- Fertility.
- Your own loss of life as you prepare for death.
