Join us for Yoga with Kama!
Start your day with a very accessible yoga practice which will include asanas (poses), pranayama (breathwork), guided meditation and nervous system reset led by Kama Tai Mitchell.
The six-week course will be Wednesday mornings, 8:00AM – 9:00AM at Rootead’s studio.
The schedule is:

- Wednesday, April 17
- Wednesday, April 24
- Wednesday, May 1
- Wednesday, May 8
The class is open to everyone, and there are five full scholarships for Black women.
