Get ready for a day filled with rhythm, flavor, and Black excellence! Rootead’s Juneteenth Celebration returns to Bronson Park on Saturday, June 14, 2025 from 1PM-7PM, and it’s bigger, bolder, and more soulful than ever. This is a space for all ages to come together in celebration, whether you’re dancing, shopping with local-owned vendors, connecting with your community, or just soaking it all in.
This FREE family-friendly event is bringing the community together through music, dance, culture, and connection. The stage will be alive with high-energy performances from local youth and dance collectives, including RYDDE (Rootead Youth Drum & Dance Ensemble), Trinity Prep Center, Suicide Squad, and Unique Unity. DJ Boogie and DJ Sanjay will be spinning a mix of Afro-Caribbean beats, R&B, hip-hop classics, and more that will have the entire park moving.
