Build strength, improve balance, and increase mobility through slow, intentional movement. This mindful yoga practice emphasizes controlled transitions and sustained holds to build stability, flexibility, and functional strength while creating a gentle, satisfying burn without the need for high-intensity exercise. Designed to help you move with greater ease and confidence, this class is welcoming to all experience levels, including beginners.
