Join us for Tone & Sculpt Circuit!

A dynamic full-body workout combining strength training, sculpting exercises, and cardio intervals to tone muscles, improve endurance, and boost overall fitness.

We will be offering Tone & Sculpt Circuit beginning Thursday, October 8, 2026 at 6:15PM.  Registration is required.

This is a 6-week session class that requires pre-registration for the entire 6 weeks.

$100 for 6 weeks. This is an 18+ class. Bundle with our Tone & Sculpt Circuit Series for just $150 for both classes!
