Join Rootead facilitators in a polyrhythmic global movement that induces nervous system liberation and regulation, tension release, and body awareness. Each week we will embrace a rhythm and dance from the African Diaspora (sometimes to live drums!) 1st and 3rd Thursdays 6:30-7:30pm @ Rootead Studio Suggested donation $15 (no one is turned away)
