Beginner yoga & movement for men of color. This workshop is safe, beginner-friendly space for BIPOC men. No special clothing or equipment required. We have yoga mats, yoga blocks, blankets, and pillows for use. Please come as you are and deep breathe with us. $10 Suggested donation. Register Now.
